How much experience is required?

A high school degree or equivalent is required. Paid on-the-job training starts at $13/hour for all new KellyConnect team members. Experience is preferred, but not always required. See current openings for experience requirements of individual job postings.

Do call center jobs pay well?

KellyConnect call center jobs include paid training starting at $13.50/hour with an increase of $1.00/hour after 90 days. Plus, many of our agents work from home and enjoy an estimated $2,000/year savings on in-office work related costs, like travel, clothing, and more.

How many hours do I work per week? Are my hours flexible?
