Jennifer Knippenberg

Jennifer Knippenberg is Vice President and Chief Recruiting Officer in Kelly’s Professional and Industrial division leading with passion and a results-driven style.  Bringing transparency, humor, optimization and innovation to every part of her role, she’s passionate in ensuring talent wins, connecting people to opportunities that fit their professional and personal work/life balance goals. Together with her team, they strive to ensure the right talent is delivered at the right time.  Raising two kids on her own as a sole parent, Jennifer understands today more than ever the importance of ensuring talent is heard, their needs are met and opportunities allow the balance of work and home.  

A leader that strives for excellence, Jennifer believes that it is important to take risks to achieve greater results, and also to embrace failure. Jennifer also believes in and builds diverse teams encouraging everyone to have a voice and challenge the status quo to break barriers, allowing for the evolution of solutions that solve the problems of today and tomorrow.

Outside of work, Jennifer is a mom to two sons that are now in college, two dogs, lives on a barrier island in Florida, enjoys frequent walks on the beach and tending to her Zen Garden.
